Northeast Securities raises additional 750m yuan in subordinated bonds

Northeast Securities raised 750 million yuan from its third tranche of subordinated bonds, achieving 93.75% of the planned 800 million yuan issuance.

The bonds were priced at 100 yuan each with a 2.15% coupon rate and received a subscription multiple of 1.52 times from professional investors. Proceeds will be used to repay other company bonds with maturities exceeding one year.
