Lakala Payment shareholder unpledges 27m shares worth 3.4%

Lakala Payment Company Limited announced that shareholder Sun Taoran unpledged 26.92 million shares between July 14-17, representing 48.72% of his total holdings and 3.42% of the company's share capital.

Following the transactions with Red Tower Securities, Sun Taoran now has 17.34 million pledged shares remaining, constituting 31.38% of his holdings and 2.20% of total share capital.
