Tinci subsidiary secures $2bn electrolyte supply deal

Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology's subsidiary Jiujiang Tinci High-Tech Materials has signed a supply agreement with three Chunneng New Energy companies.

Under the deal running until December 31, 2030, Jiujiang Tinci will supply at least 550,000 tons of electrolyte products. Pricing will fluctuate with lithium carbonate costs, with specific volumes and pricing determined monthly.

The agreement is expected to boost Tinci's operating performance and market share from 2025 to 2030.
