Jade Bird Fire controlling shareholder unpledges 15.78m shares

Beijing Jade Bird Universal Technology, the controlling shareholder of Jade Bird Fire, has unpledged 15.78 million shares representing 8.46% of its total holdings and 1.81% of the company's total share capital.

The shares were released from two separate pledge arrangements with East Asia Securities. Following the unpledging, Beijing Jade Bird Universal Technology still has 75.23 million shares pledged, representing 40.32% of its holdings in Jade Bird Fire.
