China Express Airlines guarantees 20m yuan subsidiary loan

China Express Airlines signed a 20 million yuan maximum guarantee contract with China Everbright Bank Chongqing Branch for its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Express Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Co., Ltd. The guarantee, effective from July 5, 2025, supports the subsidiary's operations, including aircraft acquisition and project construction.

The company's accumulated external guarantee balance reached 68.26 billion yuan, representing 20.33% of its net assets. The total guarantee amount for China Express Aircraft Maintenance now stands at 22.84 billion yuan.
