AVIC Xi'an Aircraft deputy general manager resigns

AVIC Xi'an Aircraft Industrial Group announced deputy general manager Wang Yan resigned effective July 16, 2025, due to work changes and will no longer hold any positions within the company or its subsidiaries.

The company's board approved revisions to remuneration policies for directors and senior management, introducing a clawback mechanism applicable if internal directors or senior management cause significant economic losses or negative impacts due to misconduct.

Zuo Feng was appointed as the new board secretary, also effective July 16, 2025.
