ORG Technology forecasts 55-75% profit surge from acquisition

ORG Technology expects net profit attributable to shareholders of 85-96 million yuan for the first half of 2025, up 55% to 75% year-on-year, primarily due to acquiring COFCO Packaging.

However, net profit excluding non-recurring items is projected to fall 15% to 35% due to rising raw material costs and increased interest expenses from acquisition loans.
