Jiangyin Bank appoints new vice president

Jiangsu Jiangyin Rural Commercial Bank announced that vice president Wang Kai resigned due to a work transfer. Wang held 219,974 shares at resignation.

The bank's board appointed Yu Xiaoyun as new vice president, effective until the end of the eighth board term. Yu's appointment requires approval from the Wuxi Regulatory Branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration.

Yu previously served as general manager of the bank's asset management department.
