Youngy controlling shareholder advances share purchase plan

Youngy Co announced its controlling shareholder, Youngy Investment Holdings Group, and actual controller Zhang Changhong have acquired 2,401,449 shares representing 0.92% of total share capital.

The entities invested 69.5m yuan total. Youngy Investment Holdings Group reached its minimum target of 60m yuan, while Zhang Changhong invested 9.5m yuan and continues implementing her increase plan.
