Ganfeng Lithium provides new guarantees worth 282 million yuan

Ganfeng Lithium has provided new guarantees totaling 282 million yuan for two of its subsidiaries, within a previously approved 3.64 billion yuan guarantee facility.

The company guaranteed 182 million yuan with Agricultural Bank of China for subsidiary Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Technology, and 100 million yuan with China Merchants Bank for wholly-owned unit Xinyu Ganfeng Lithium.

The guarantees fall within the board's existing approval limits, with no overdue guarantees reported.
