Donlink International Investment's top shareholder position set for change

Donlink International Investment announced that a change in its largest shareholder is progressing. China Agriculture Production Means of Production Group intends to transfer 46,202,560 shares of Donlink International, accounting for 5% of the company's total share capital, to Henghui Holding Group via a private agreement. If completed, Henghui Holding Group will become Donlink International Investment’s largest shareholder.
