China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings announced that in June 2025, the company achieved contracted sales area of 69,500 square meters, with contracted sales amounting to CNY217.48 billion. From January to June 2025, the cumulative contracted sales area reached 335,000 square meters, with cumulative contracted sales amounting to CNY888.94 billion. The company cautions that sales data may differ from periodic reports due to uncertainties in the sales process.
