Zotye Auto shareholder reduces stake to 7.61%

Zotye Automobile announced that a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, Zheshang Bank, has reduced its stake, triggering reporting requirements. Between June 11, 2025, and July 8, 2025, Zheshang Bank reduced its holding by 64,319,000 shares, representing 1.28% of the company's total share capital, through both centralized bidding and block transactions. The average selling price was CNY 2.13 for centralized bidding and CNY 1.91-1.93 for block trades. With this transaction, Zheshang Bank’s ownership has decreased from 8.89% to 7.61% of Zotye Automobile. The shareholder confirmed that this reduction aligned with previously disclosed plans, and the transaction will not impact Zotye's control structure.
