Shandong Zhonglu Oceanic Fisheries has released its semi-annual performance forecast for 2025, projecting a net loss attributable to shareholders of between CNY12 million and CNY14 million. The company expects a loss of between CNY14 million and CNY16 million after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, with a basic loss per share of between CNY0.0451 and CNY0.0526. This compares to a net loss of CNY1.75738 million in the same period last year, and a loss of CNY2.02169 million after deducting non-recurring gains and losses, with a basic loss per share of CNY0.0660. The company attributes the anticipated losses to the impact of industry seasonality and fluctuating fishery resources on production and sales volumes within its oceanic fishing operations, leading to relatively high unit production costs and a lower overall gross profit margin.
