Youzu Interactive's top shareholder pledges additional shares

Youzu Interactive (SZSE:002174) announced that its largest shareholder, Shanghai Jiayou Enterprise Management Partnership, has pledged 14,280,000 shares, representing 13.30% of its holdings and 1.53% of Youzu's total share capital. The pledge, effective from July 9, 2025, and expiring on July 9, 2026, is in favor of Guolian Minsheng Securities and is intended for the shareholder's own production and operational needs. Following the pledge, Shanghai Jiayou has a total of 41,760,000 shares pledged, accounting for 38.91% of its stake and 4.47% of Youzu's total share capital. Youzu Interactive assures that the pledge will not result in a change of control and will not affect the company's operations.
