Venustech Group appoints new chairman of the board

Venustech Group (SZSE: 002439) announced the election of Yuan Jie as the Chairman of the Board at its sixth board meeting on July 9, 2025. The board also appointed Yuan Jie as the Chairman of the Strategy Committee. Yuan Jie's term will last until the end of the current board term. As Chairman, Yuan Jie will also serve as the legal representative of the company, and the company will promptly handle the industrial and commercial registration change procedures. With Yuan Jie's appointment, the Strategy Committee will consist of Yuan Jie (Chairman), Wang Jia, and Wang Zhiyong.
