Venustech elects new director at extraordinary general meeting

Venustech Group (SZSE:002439) announced the results of its third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025, where the election of Yuan Jie as a new member of the sixth board of directors was approved. The meeting, held both in person and via online voting, saw the participation of shareholders representing 460,762,763 shares, or 38.0356% of the company's total shares, after excluding shares with relinquished voting rights. Small and medium shareholders were represented by 17,516,233 shares. The company also acknowledged existing agreements with major shareholders concerning voting rights waivers, specifically related to agreements with China Mobile Capital, signed in 2022 and amended in 2023, with regard to certain shares held by Wang Jia and Yan Li. Beijing Jincheng Tongda Law Firm provided a legal opinion, confirming the meeting's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
