Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical director Wang Guangji resigns

Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical announced that Director Wang Guangji has resigned from his position, effective immediately, following regulations regarding concurrent positions for academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Wang Guangji has also resigned from the Strategic Committee of the Board. The resignation was tendered to comply with the "Measures for the Administration of Concurrent Positions of Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering." The company has confirmed that Wang Guangji's departure will not reduce the board below the legal minimum or impact normal operations, and a replacement director will be appointed soon. The company confirmed that Wang Guangji does not hold any company stock.
