New Hope Liuhe to suspend convertible bond conversion

New Hope Liuhe Co., Ltd. announced today that it will suspend the conversion of its "Hope Convertible Bonds" (127015) and "Hope Convertible Bonds 2" (127049). The suspension will be in effect from July 14, 2025, until the equity registration date for the company's 2024 annual equity distribution. This decision follows the approval of the 2024 annual profit distribution plan at the company's annual general meeting on June 18, 2025. The conversion will resume on the first trading day following the equity registration date. The company reminds holders of the convertible bonds that trading of the bonds will continue as normal during the suspension period.
