Hesteel announces 2024 dividend distribution

Hesteel (SZSE:000709) has announced the implementation of its 2024 dividend distribution plan, as approved at the annual general meeting held on May 20, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.30 (including tax) per 10 shares to all shareholders based on the existing share capital of 10,337,121,092 shares, totaling CNY 310,113,632.76. The remaining profit will be carried forward to the next year. The equity registration date is set for July 16, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of July 17, 2025. The company will withhold differential individual income tax based on holding period.
