Zhejiang Communications unit poised to win highway bids

Zhejiang Communications Technology has announced that its subsidiaries, Zhejiang Communications Construction Group, Zhejiang Communications Jinzhu Transportation Construction, and Zhejiang Communications Hongtu Transportation Construction, are the leading candidates to win bids for sections TJ01, TJ03, and TJ04 of the G2531 Hangzhou-Shangrao Expressway (Hangzhou-Chun'an-Kaihua Expressway) project. The total investment for the project is estimated at CNY 13.65 billion, with construction costs amounting to CNY 9.545 billion. The proposed winning bids are valued at CNY 1,506,185,347.00 for section TJ01, CNY 1,102,096,666.00 for section TJ03, and CNY 1,613,558,663.00 for section TJ04. Construction is expected to last 43 months for sections TJ01 and TJ04, and 36 months for section TJ03. The company noted that the potential contract award is not yet finalized and is subject to the issuance of an official award notice.
