T&S Communications boosts subsidiary with capital injection

T&S Communications announced a plan to increase the capital of its holding subsidiary, Shenzhen T&S Precision Technology, to bolster its financial strength and support business development. The total capital injection will amount to CNY 21.5 million, with T&S Communications contributing CNY 13 million from its own funds. This will increase the registered capital of T&S Precision from CNY 25 million to CNY 46.5 million, raising T&S Communications' stake from 52% to 55.91%. The transaction involves related parties, including shareholders and key personnel, and has been approved by the board of directors and independent directors after a careful review. The company states that the move will not impact its consolidated financial statements and is in line with regulations.
