Sineng Electric plans share issuance to bolster renewable energy goals

Sineng Electric (SZSE:300827) has announced plans for a share issuance aimed at specific targets to enhance its capital structure and support its strategic expansion in the renewable energy sector. This decision, approved by the board on July 8, 2025, will facilitate investments in key projects, including the construction of facilities for 25GW string inverters and 15GW energy storage converters. The total investment for these projects is estimated at CNY234.09 million, with the share issuance expected to cover CNY164.86 million.
