SF Holding announces 2024 A-share dividend distribution

SF Holding Co., Ltd. has announced its 2024 year-end A-share equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholders' meeting on June 13, 2025. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 4.40 (inclusive of tax) for every 10 shares held, based on the total share capital after deducting shares held in the company's repurchase account. The record date for the distribution is July 16, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is July 17, 2025. The total cash dividend payout is CNY 2,111,745,529.96. Concurrently, the repurchase price limit will be adjusted to CNY 59.56 per share.
