Muyuan Foods completes registration change, updates articles

Muyuan Foods announced the completion of its industrial and commercial registration changes and the revision of its Articles of Association. The update follows resolutions approved at the company's 2024 annual general meeting on May 16, 2025, and the election of Cao Zhinian as the legal representative during the fifth board of directors' sixth meeting on June 19, 2025. The updated business license issued by the Henan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau lists Cao Zhinian as the legal representative and shows a registered capital of CNY 5,462,768,135. The company's business scope includes livestock breeding, feed production and sales, food production, grain purchasing, and waste treatment. Changes to the Articles of Association, mainly required by regulatory authorities, concern the selection and replacement process of the company's legal representative.
