Hoperun Software receives CNY 330m in subsidiary dividends

Jiangsu Hoperun Software has announced the receipt of CNY 330,000,000.00 in cash dividends from its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Beijing Jieke Zhicheng Technology and Beijing Lianchuang Zhirong Information Technology. Beijing Jieke Zhicheng Technology distributed CNY 180,000,000.00, representing 82.05% of its distributable profits for 2024. Beijing Lianchuang Zhirong Information Technology distributed CNY 150,000,000.00, representing 86.69% of its distributable profits for 2024. The dividends will increase Hoperun Software’s parent company financial statement net profit for 2025, without affecting the consolidated financial statement for the same period.
