Goldwind elects new chairman and vice chairman

Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology announced the results of its first meeting of the ninth Board of Directors, held on July 8, 2025. Key outcomes included the election of Wu Gang as Chairman of the Board and Cao Zhigang as Vice Chairman. The appointments are effective immediately and will last until the expiration of the current board term. The board also approved the composition of various special committees, including the Strategy and Decision Committee, the Compensation and Assessment Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Nomination Committee. Wu Gang will chair the Strategy and Decision Committee, while Liu Dengqing will head the Compensation and Assessment Committee. Zeng Xianfen will lead the Audit Committee, and Miao Zhaoguang will chair the Nomination Committee. The company affirmed that all appointments comply with relevant laws and regulations.
