Ganfeng Lithium announces 2024 A-share dividend distribution

Ganfeng Lithium (SZSE:002460) has announced the implementation of its 2024 A-share equity distribution plan, as approved at the company's annual general meeting. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 1.50 per 10 shares to all A-shareholders based on a total share capital of 1,613,593,699 shares. Different tax rates apply depending on the type of investor (Hong Kong market investors, QFII, RQFII, and certain funds see CNY 1.35 per 10 shares). The equity registration date is set for July 16, 2025, with the ex-dividend date on July 17, 2025. Cash dividends distributed through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (CSDCC) will be credited directly to shareholders' securities accounts on July 17, 2025. Certain A-shareholders will have their dividends distributed directly by the company.
