Fibocom controlling shareholder unwinds portion of share pledge

Fibocom Wireless announced that Zhang Tianyu, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, has提前 repurchased and released 3,500,000 shares that were previously pledged. This transaction occurred on July 7, 2025. Following the transaction, Zhang Tianyu directly holds 281,512,495 Fibocom shares, representing 36.78% of the company's total share capital. Of this, 90,200,330 shares, or 11.78% of the company’s total share capital, remain pledged. Fibocom stated that the share pledge does not present a risk of forced liquidation.
