Aotecar general manager Ding Tao resigns

Aotecar New Energy Technology announced the resignation of Director and General Manager Ding Tao, effective immediately. Ding Tao’s departure is attributed to personal reasons, and his resignation was submitted to the board on July 8, 2025. While stepping down from his corporate roles, Ding Tao will continue to serve as the General Manager of Aotecar’s subsidiary, Air Conditioning International, focusing on expanding the company’s automotive air conditioning systems both domestically and internationally. He will also assist the chairman in strategic investment and planning.
