Yantang Dairy unit secures CNY 10m for upgrade

Guangdong Yantang Dairy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhanjiang Yantang Dairy, will receive CNY 10 million from Guangdong Zhanjiang Agricultural Reclamation Group Co., Ltd. through a "Funds Use Agreement." The allocation of project funds received related-party approval at the company's latest board meeting. The funds are earmarked for the Zhanjiang Yantang Dairy Western Guangdong Modern Dairy Production Base renovation project, which aims to enhance production capacity and expand the product range by introducing two low-temperature dairy production lines. The upgrade is a sub-project of the "2024 Guangdong Agricultural Reclamation Urban Dairy Advantageous Characteristic Industrial Cluster Project," in line with national "linking agriculture to farmers" policies. The funds are to be disbursed in ten yearly installments of CNY 1 million each.
