Sun Paper announces 2024 dividend distribution

Shandong Sun Paper (SZSE:002078) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the company's annual general meeting held on May 16, 2025. The dividend distribution will be based on a total share capital of 2,794,535,119 shares. Shareholders eligible for distribution will receive a cash dividend of CNY 3.00 (inclusive of tax) for every 10 shares held, totaling CNY 838,360,535.70. The ex-dividend date is set for July 10, 2025, with the registration date on July 9, 2025. For Hong Kong market investors and qualified foreign institutional investors (QFII), the dividend will be CNY 2.70 per 10 shares. The company will not transfer capital reserve into share capital or distribute bonus shares.
