Leyard Optoelectronic has announced the resolutions passed at its 30th meeting of the fifth board of directors, including the proposed renewal of its accounting firm, 立信会计师事务所 (BDO China Stand Partners), and an expansion of the company's business scope. The board approved the renewal of 立信会计师事务所 for the 2025 financial year, citing their professional competence and diligence in the 2024 audit, with fees of CNY 2.95 million, and is subject to shareholder approval. Also subject to shareholder approval, the company plans to broaden its operational activities, which will also require amendments to the company's articles of association. These changes are pending approval from the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau. The board has also scheduled the company's first extraordinary general meeting of 2025 for July 28, 2025, where shareholders will vote on these matters.
