COSCO SHIPPING Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it has completed the industrial and commercial registration change and filed the amendments to its articles of association. The company obtained a new business license from the Shanghai Market Supervision Administration, officially changing the company's registered information. The new registered address is located in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Shenjia Nong Road, 738. Simultaneously, the company's office address also changes to the same location. The registered capital remains unchanged at CNY 371,668,440. These changes were approved at the company's board and shareholder meetings held on June 9 and June 30, 2025.
