Changan Auto completes acquisition of Changan Auto Finance equity

Chongqing Changan Automobile announced the completion of its acquisition of a 20% equity stake in Changan Automobile Finance Co., Ltd. from Chongqing Yufu Capital Operation Group. The acquisition, initially approved in late 2024, received regulatory approval from the Chongqing Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau on June 16, 2025. With all transaction payments now finalized and the business registration completed on July 7, 2025, Changan Automobile now holds a 48.66% stake in Changan Automobile Finance.
