Runjian's controlling shareholder unwinds all share pledges

Runjian Co., Ltd. disclosed that Li Jianguo, the company's controlling shareholder, has completed the release of all pledged Runjian shares, effective July 3, 2025, bringing Li Jianguo’s pledged share count to zero. The total number of shares released was 4,100,000, representing 4.89% of his holdings and 1.44% of the company's total share capital. These shares had been pledged to Guojin Securities Co., Ltd. since August 6, 2024.
