Yanghe Brewery nominates new director, plans shareholder meeting

Jiangsu Yanghe Brewery Joint-Stock Co. has announced the nomination of Gu Yu as a non-independent director for its eighth board, with the term coinciding with the current board's tenure. This decision was reached during the tenth meeting of the eighth board of directors held on July 4, 2025. The board's nomination committee approved Gu Yu's qualifications before the full board vote. All nine attending directors voted in favor of the nomination, which is still subject to shareholder approval. The company also announced plans to hold a second extraordinary general meeting for 2025.
