Vanward Electric completes board restructuring, appoints new executives

Guangdong Vanward New Electric has completed a significant restructuring of its leadership, electing a new board of directors and supervisors at its recent shareholder and board meetings. The company has appointed Lai Yuwen as President, Yang Songwen as Vice President, and Lu YuFan, also as Vice President, as the Secretary of the Board. Xie Yuhua was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, Yuan and Zhen as the internal audit director, and Li Xiaoxia as the securities affairs representative. Former Vice President, Lu ChuPeng, no longer holds his position but remains a significant shareholder.
