Valiant director resigns due to work adjustment

Valiant issued an announcement stating that the board of directors received a written resignation report from Director Lü Shaoyang on July 4, 2025, due to work adjustments. Lü Shaoyang will no longer hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries. The resignation does not reduce the number of board members below the legal minimum and will not affect the normal operation of the board. The board will promptly fill the vacancy, as per regulations. As of the date of the announcement, Lü Shaoyang does not hold any shares in the company.
