Songcheng Performance Development completes board reshuffle, appoints executives

Songcheng Performance Development today announced the successful completion of its board of directors' reshuffle, following shareholder and employee representative meetings held on July 3, 2025. The new ninth board includes Zhang Xian as Chairperson, along with non-independent directors Shang Lingxia, Huang Hongming, Zhao Xueying, and Ge Chen; independent directors Yang Yiqing, Song Xia Yun, and Hu Hongwei; and employee representative director Yuan Fuguo. The board committees have also been formed.
