Shanxi Blue Flame announces 2024 profit distribution plan

Shanxi Blue Flame Holding Co., Ltd. announced the implementation details of its 2024 profit distribution plan. The distribution, approved at the annual general meeting held on May 15, 2025, will see shareholders receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.30 (inclusive of tax) for every 10 shares held, based on the total share capital of 967,502,660 shares as of December 31, 2024. This amounts to a total cash dividend payout of CNY 29,025,079.80. The company will not distribute bonus shares or increase share capital using capital reserves. The equity registration date is set for July 10, 2025, with the ex-dividend date on July 11, 2025. Payments will be directly transferred to shareholders' securities accounts through their custodian brokerage firms.
