Shanghai RAAS announces 2024 equity distribution plan

Shanghai RAAS Blood Products Co., Ltd. announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholder meeting on May 20, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.33 (tax included) for every 10 shares based on the total share capital after deducting the shares held in the company’s repurchase account, which are not entitled to the distribution. The total amount of the actual cash dividend will be CNY 217,371,388.91. The equity registration date is set for July 11, 2025, and the ex-right/ex-dividend date is July 14, 2025. The company's share capital remains unchanged since the initial announcement.
