Northern Copper to distribute 2024 dividends mid-July

Northern Copper Industry Co., Ltd. announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the May 15, 2025 shareholders' meeting. Based on a total share capital of 1,904,716,435 shares, the company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY1.10 (inclusive of tax) per 10 shares, totaling CNY209,518,807.85. The equity registration date is set for July 11, 2025, with an ex-right and ex-dividend date of July 14, 2025. Payments will be made through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch directly to shareholders' accounts with exemptions applied for qualified foreign investors. A separate distribution will be made by Northern Copper itself to specific shareholders.
