Intretech senior executive completes share transfer via block trade

Xiamen Intretech announced that senior executive Li Jinmiao completed the transfer of 130,075 company shares through block trading on July 3, 2025. This represents 0.0170% of the company's total share capital. The shares were sold at an average price of CNY 15.59 per share. Following the transaction, Li Jinmiao's stake in Xiamen Intretech decreased from 0.0682% to 0.0511%, with a remaining 390,225 shares held. The company confirmed that the share transfer complied with relevant regulations and does not affect control of the company.
