CIMC announces 2024 A-share dividend distribution plan

China International Marine Containers Group (CIMC) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual A-share equity distribution plan. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.176 per share to all A-shareholders registered on July 10, 2025. The distribution will be based on the total A-share capital after excluding repurchased shares. The total cash dividend distribution is CNY 400,934,501.44. The ex-dividend date is set for July 11, 2025. Dividends for H-share shareholders are not covered in this announcement.
