China Express Airlines shareholders approve use of funds

China Express Airlines (SZSE:002928) announced the resolutions passed at its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on July 3, 2025. Shareholders approved the proposal regarding changing the use of raised funds, with 99.8540% of the votes in favor. The resolution saw 687,555,982 shares voting in favor.
