Huachen Equipment announces 2024 annual equity distribution plan

Huachen Precision Equipment (Kunshan) Co., Ltd. announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the annual general meeting held on May 14, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 1.00 (including tax) for every 10 shares based on the total share capital registered on the equity registration date. As of December 31, 2024, the company's total share capital was 253,539,200 shares, resulting in a total proposed cash dividend payout of CNY 25,353,920.00 (including tax). The equity registration date is set for July 9, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is July 10, 2025. Hong Kong market investors, QFII, RQFII and individuals and securities investment funds holding pre-IPO restricted shares will receive a dividend of CNY 0.90 per 10 shares.
