Hesteel's controlling shareholder completes planned stake increase

Hesteel announced that its controlling shareholder, Handan Iron and Steel Group, and its concert party, Tangshan Iron and Steel Group, have completed their planned increase in Hesteel shares. Between January 6, 2025, and July 3, 2025, the entities collectively increased their holdings by 99,030,324 shares, representing 0.96% of Hesteel's total share capital. The total investment for this increase was CNY 216,004,300 (excluding transaction fees). The stake increase reflects confidence in Hesteel's future development and long-term investment value. The entities have committed to not reducing their shareholding during the implementation period and within the legally prescribed period.
