Guangdong Fenghua announces 2024 dividend distribution

Guanddong Fenghua Advanced Technology Holding announced its 2024 dividend distribution plan, approved at the company's annual general meeting on May 21, 2025. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 1.50 per 10 shares based on the company's total share capital of 1,147,490,419 shares after deducting repurchased shares. The total dividend payout amounts to CNY 172,123,562.85. The company will not issue bonus shares or increase share capital through capitalization of reserves. The equity registration date is set for July 10, 2025, with the ex-dividend date on July 11, 2025.
