Global Infotech completes registration change and receives new license

Global Infotech (SZSE:300465) announced today that it has finalized the registration change process, following approval at the company's first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in June 2025, where the change of registered address and amendments to the company's articles of association were approved. The company has been issued a new business license by the Daxing District Market Supervision Administration of Beijing. The registered capital remains at CNY44,374.9357 million. The company's business scope includes computer software and hardware development, systems integration, sales of self-produced products and wholesale of mechanical and electrical equipment, after-sales technical services, technical consulting, and computer network engineering installation. The announcement was made by the company's board of directors on July 3, 2025.
